However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. We cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.

Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request a cancel or refund on your order.
Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Cancel & Refund
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are tested and proven and want customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers fairly and respectfully that they, in turn, are fair and polite with us.
Normally, It takes 3~7 business days to issue a refund or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your cancel or refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- you posted a refund request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
- the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- the ordered item is out of stock.
- DEFECTS: If you feel you have received a defective, damaged or wrong product, please email email@example.com with your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving your package so we can make this right.
- LOST PACKAGES: If your product has been lost or mishandled by the courier we will arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please first of all contact the courier through your tracking information as they may be able to locate it for you or provide proof of delivery. Once you have confirmation from the courier that the package was misdelivered please contact our support team.
- EXCHANGES: We don't conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is damaged or incorrect a complimentary replacement set or credit voucher for the value of the product will be issued.
- RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, our goods are non-returnable. If you ordered the wrong item, cancellation is not possible. Please double check your order before placing.
